[Sigia-l] Article: Modeling User Workflows for Rich Internet Applications

Recently I worked with a company that built Flash applications in
iterative prototypes, with no documentation of user flows (or anything
else, actually).  Frustrating! I'm recommending everyone there read this
article on building user flows for Rich Internet Applications, and thought
I would pass it on to the list in case anyone else has the same problem.
