[Sigia-l] Taxonomy requirements specifications?

Hello everyone,

Does anyone have any  sample "requirements specification" ,
"Functional specification" document(s) or any pointers or came across
anything similar.

How do you specific to the vendors your requirements on what the
taxonomy needs to do and accomplish and all such related issues.

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.  You can email me
directly and I would collate and submit to the list.
