[Sigia-l] readability and contextual linking

I'm not advocating avoiding them altogether and I even stated so in
the article "However, since at some point you're going to have to use
inline links, consider the following: ..."
And a caution against decreasing contrast too much... Although we
don't want them to scream "I'm here!" we also don't want them to be so
hidden that people can't find them, like you said. Underline is good.
