Thanks for the link. I think that's the most likely cause. I had
problems with Java, Real Player and I could not play this AVI file
which is used to detect WMP.

Also, I wonder whether the order in which the plug-ins were presented
had any bearing on the results. What if a user answered all questions
until, say the 7th screen. If the survey didn't disregard incomplete
tests, it would obviously show higher figures for plug-ns placed at the
top of the list. This might explain why QT shows a higher penetration
than WMP.

Flash players are placed at the beginning of the questionnaire and WMP
is on the 13th [last] screen.
