One possible explanation of the result is the robustness of the tests.
You may want to walk through them at:

On a system that works fine with sites requiring Real Player or
Acrobat, the survey tests triggered runtime errors - Real Player under
Firefox; Acrobat under Firefox and IE. Consequently, the test images
were not displayed and those products would be counted as not
supported.

BTW, some of the survey pages have script errors. If you have IE error
message display enabled, it would be annoying.
