[Sigia-l] Mother of all examples

It is hard to overstate the seriousness of the FBI's failure in this
project.  Besides the fact that taxpayer money was squandered, there
is a very real risk that a lot of Americans are going to die because
of it.  It is shocking that heads haven't rolled from the cabinet
level on down as a result of it.
