successful already?
As mentioned, conversion rates are excellent, TOS is good, fallout
isn't bad either.

orstruggle? Or does it neither help nor harm?
My concern was that the homepage now isn't getting in the way (it may
not be helping them, but it certainly isn't hurting anyone) and that
tweaking the homepage might get in the way/distract users who already
seem to be having a pretty good go at accomplishing their goals.
3. Could a "better" home page help visitors (and/or your business) be
more successful?
If we do decide to rethink the homepage it will be my job to design a
homepage that connects to and converts users who might not be otherwise
served (as mentioned, "browsers"), while not getting in the way of the
task-based shoppers who don't have much problem today.
Again, as a point of reference, does anyone have any good metrics on
homepage clickthrough rates for content vs. navigation?
Michael
