Interesting case.

There are, however, two sides to this phenomenon. Faulty software and faulty
expectations. Do we allow users to make choices within "legal" boundaries
but perhaps beyond their "reasonable" expectations? Drawing that line is not
only not easy but, under certain circumstances, can be recognized as gaming
the process. In this particular case, it's further complicated by the fact
that the users are presumed to be professionals, in competition against each
other.
