Hmmm... [Hint: "effective CPMs"]

These firms want to know who the user is, his zip code, what age
bracket he falls in, and how else can they serve him. It is all about
segmentation and better means to target customers. Sure there is
problem with those who have fake registration. But that is easy
problem than not knowing anything about anybody who comes and goes.
