It does? Strange. It's perfectly static on my browser. Not only that even
the small yellow nav arrows don't show up until I rollover the whole thing.
Its unaggressiveness is what I actually like about it (if I must have
something).

Yep, that's why I never click on these either. But, like I said, if I have
to have something, I'd rather look at this than "10 of 14" for sure.
