Well said. Since I have been in the Flash-driven workplace, I have come to
believe that it is truly dangerous to use "Best Practices". There is a lot
of bad design, boring design and non-intuitive work being published these
days - all in the name of "experiential sites". Raise the level of awareness
of your colleagues and do a few audits of these sites.

An IA/ID role is still important, perhaps even more so. Someone on the list
said that Creatives are self-centered...I agree, with the caveat that most
team members are, it is just that some folks agendas are not so hidden. Play
the game, be friendly and firm. The IA/ID should remain the voice of reason
in the game.
