Better than in-house, but how do they compare with the commercial 
products?

Does anyone have any experience of, or views on, the open-source CMS 
called Harmonise <http://www.openharmonise.org/>, especially as regards 
its provisions for handling structured metadata when inputting and 
retrieving information?
