I am a doctoral candidate at Indiana University currently conducting a
study of the use of facets in website design and construction. During May
and June - I plan to interview 20 individuals who use facets, facet
analysis, or faceted classification as site components. Earlier work
relating to this study is posted here:
http://mypage.iu.edu/~klabarre/facetstudy.html

Interviews will not last more than one hour, will be conducted
individually, and will be conducted at your office or other convenient
place. A transcript of the interview will be made. Each participant will
receive a copy and can edit the interview transcript. The names of
participants will be kept confidential.

The result of these interviews and a preceding study of a random sample
of websites, will be the creation of a checklist or set of guidelines for
faceted website design and construction. Each participant in the study
will receive a copy. Once completed, the results of this study will be
posted on my website.

If you are interested in participating, or would like to know more about
this study, please contact me / klabarre at indiana.edu
