[Sigia-l] is it just me, or is it really hard to find IAs right now?

I second Janet. I think it is rough for fresh graduates or even
graduates with 1 year experience to find a fulltime job. I have been
through it personally in the US. I think during this phase it may help
to freelance and gain some industry experience to build your
portfolio. But one challenge there for International Students trying
to gain experience in US is the visa. Although you get one year
timeframe after graduation to work. But after that you no choice to
find a sponsor and I am not sure if freelancers can manage this on
their own.
