Sorry, we didn't have an official note-taker, and haven't yet come 
across anyone with good notes to share. We'll try harder next time!

If anyone out there reading this was at the session and has reasonably 
good notes, please let us know, this is not the first request!

Meanwhile, there are some relevant essays on the Adaptive Path site 
(e.g.

of course Janice Rohn's chapter in Cost-Justifying Usability (not 
available online as far as I know).
