Yes you understand correctly and I know this definition of machine-readable
and human-readable exists amongst database designers. Yet I believe that
this 'historic' view should be updated. The difference between
human-readable (I would still consider this data) and human-sensible is the
key in my opinion. Maybe IA is transforming readable into sensible?
