Sydney IA folks are once again invited to the monthly IA Hour -- this will
be the last one for 2004, and is looking to be big. Come one and come all.

Last years November big event was great - lots of people making useful
contacts, comparing experiences, discussing IA stuff. It was a diverse group
- lots of IAs with different backgrounds and skill sets, usability folk,
content strategists, indexing specialists, etc etc.

Who:    IAs and like-minded folks
When: Wednesday November 17th @ 7:00pm
Where:  Out of India Restaurant, Victoria St, Potts Point
RSVP: eric at ironclad.net.au by Monday 15th

This is an informal event with no set agenda other then hanging out and
socialising with your Information Architect peers. The IA-Peers group,
though centred on Information Architecture, does of course welcome other
related professions (hence the name IA-Peers). The more diverse the group
the better.

There will be DOOR PRIZES: James Robertson of Step Two Consulting has
contributed one of his Intranet Roadmap wall charts (well worth the
US$120!), and I have a spare copy of Snyder's Paper Prototyping book to give
away. There may be more prizes on the night.

To keep things really simple, I've organised a banquet menu with a fixed
price of $26.00. Drinks will be pay-as-you-go. For this meet-up, I do need
to know numbers for catering. Please advise by Monday 15th if you will be
able to make it.

Remember - this is the last chance get together for 2004, and the next
chance won't be until at least February 2005.

regards,

eric.
