[Sigia-l] Don't submit websites to search engines?

Yahoo is a portal, along with MSN, AOL, and shortly Google (IMO).
Yahoo has a large number of services, both free (supported by advertising)
and paid.
These include mail, a proper search engine (actually three), a directory, an
auto listing, a shopping aggregator, a mapping tool, has music (Launch),
jobs (hotJobs) finance, news, movie listings, tv listings, a calendar, photo
storage and management, personals and a hell of a lot more.
To say Yahoo! is a directory is to say Yahoo is mail-- you are a blind many
describing an elephant as a snake.
BTW, with the addition of groups, mail and soon IM, I think we will see
Google as not a search engine.
