I am requesting leads to resources/research on tools and techniques for
companies and their various departments to organize and collaborate on their
efforts to continually develop their corporate web sites. In particular I am
interested in the situation of companies who have just successfully launched
a new site and now recognize the responsibility they have to keep it fresh
and growing. Things like ideal team construct/internal only/internal and
external combinations/business processes/etc
