Montreal is a city I have always wanted to go to and this would be a great
reason.

On the other hand I have never been able to spend enough time in Cambridge
and I am always looking for excuses to return. Cambridge has great
bookstore, which made Portland a great IA Summit city for me.

Cambridge is my choice as it seems there UPA will be in Montreal.
