Dear Dave,

The thing that amazes me (a usability guy) is that the best way IA
thinks we should create classifications is using a card sorting activity
(either open: people write names on the cards, or closed: people sort
cards that have something written upon)

There is a pro and a con:
- the pro: we try to classify according to how our users think
- the con: classifying information (the card sorting) is too difficult
for our end users
