Hello -

The very best book that I read 2+ years ago when I first started my business
is "Getting Started in Consulting" by Alan Weiss -

-1/ref=pd_ka_1/104-3696724-2222355?v=glance&s=books&n=507846.  It really
helped me get my bearings and figure out what needed to be done.  He doesn't
go into web-specific issues, but his coverage of what you need to know in
order to survive in a consulting business is excellent.  

At the time, I bought many books, but this was really the only one I needed.
