Hi all,

This may be somewhat off-topic, but I didn't know where else to ask.

A friend of mine was asking me for resources on how to conduct business as an independent IA (and web designer). He wanted to know if there are any books/sites out there that go into enough detail on setting hourly rates, proposal writing, web-specific issues, etc. There are so many books out there that it's hard to know if there are any that are really worthwhile.
