We have documents on the site that are in a big list. Most of them are 
fairly easy to group, but some don't fall into those categories for a 
give topic. We still want to offer them to our users and would like to 
group them under a general category verses just surfacing them on the 
page without a heading or label. It's not an option to not include 
them.
