Well, it is contextual. Could be a vector of time, DB size, search patterns,
maintenance, manpower, etc. But, ultimately, it's about money.

Then again, in an age when the U.S. Catholic church is outsourcing prayers
to Indian clergy, manpower may end up being cheaper than algorithms.
