Hi,
I've been tasked with developing a metrics program for my user-centered
design team (team consists of IAs, interaction designers, usability
engineers) and we're developing a process for establishing metrics up front
and then doing a post-mortem to evaluate project outcomes. One of the
elements we're looking at including in our post-mortem is a customer
satisfaction survey to give to our internal business clients and colleagues
in our multi-disciplinary environment (e.g., graphic designers, producers,
developers). This is intended as a tool to assess the satisfaction that our
colleagues have with our performance. Does anyone have a good example of a
client satisfaction survey that you've used successfully? Any
recommendations or insights about this kind of activity?
