That must be a coincidence: This week I learned that 60% of people applying
for Mississippi drivers licenses have failed the general knowledge test
since the state switched to a computerized testing system. One of the
reasons is that "the computer makes them nervous".[1]

Or would it be true that 60% of people just don't know how to work a screen
and pointer?

By the way: other reasons include the fact that people can no longer
memorize one of the three versions of the written test.
