[Sigia-l] Looking for a CSS editor

This probably isn't the answer you're looking for, but I completely recommend learning CSS.
I've not seen one CSS editor that doesn't create massive bloat.
If you're after pure CSS layouts, then (IMO) no desktop app can properly create cross-platform CSS positioning. I've used TopStyle, WestCiv's Style Master, and Dreamweaver's internal CSS tool and none have been able to do much more than creating needless bloat.
If, like most people, you're after little more than basic typography, then it is pointless to load your machine with another app just to change fonts and colors.

Some links:
CSS Pointers Group - http://www.css.nu/ I think Eric Meyer runs a listserv in conjunction with CSSPG, but it has TONS of traffic.
"The Complete CSS Tutorial" by EchoEcho.com - http://www.echoecho.com/css.htm
CSS2 Reference, with examples - http://zvon.org/xxl/CSS2Reference/Output/index.html
About.com style sheet library - http://webdesign.about.com/library/style/bl_style-library.htm
Cross-Browser Compatible Style Sheets - http://www.utoronto.ca/ian/books/xhtml2/exerpt/css-4a.html

If you need specific CSS help off list, let me know.
