Why would anyone want a limited 3D plug in when there are many inversive 3D
world solutions out there full of thousands of people they can interact
with over the Internet?

Me thinks the 'sensible' world sometimes forgets about what people do for
fun. People meet in these worlds, marry, and spend real money on virtual
objects.

It's scary but real time 3D has never been bigger, it's just not about web
browsers.
