[Sigia-l] Correlation between off-line and on-line purchasing

I read a report about 18 months ago that suggested that bad website
usability could actually decrease off-line sales.

Paraphrase: "XX% of respondents said that they would be less likely
to visit the company's physical stores in the future."

Although I'm generally a pretty good researcher, I simply cannot find
the original reference.

Can anybody help?

Thanks,
Eric
