[Sigia-l] Requirements/Specifcations Document management solutions?

Hey there,

I'm lookin' for something that manages the software lifecycle process
that is under $25k. (incuding hardware)

What I need is:
1. document management (versioning, associations, permissions)
2. task or workflow management (approve/reject, flow management,
lifecycle management)
3. release management

The system needs to be fairly configurable, if not customaizable, to
meet our specific internal existing processes.

Examples of what we have looked at so far (and if you have opinions
please send them my way) include SpeeDev and Feature Plan. Whatever we
choose needs to run on both Mac & PC. (please don't tell me about the
VM on Mac; I want it to run native or in browser).
