[Sigia-l] Are all employee web sites created equal?

If I was an employee moving from company to company I would appreciate
consistency in the way HR info is presented on the different intranets.
I suspect that some of the variations might be things that change even
within one company from time to time, thus making the specifically
designed architecture out of date anyway. I don't see that you need to
get too fancy about pay, leave, workers' compensation etc.
