Remote Contextual Inquiry: A Technique to Improve Enterprise Software

Why do we use misleading names like that? The method described has
little or nothing to do with contextual inquiry (the master-apprentice
relationship step is the defining characteristic of the contextual
inquiry method, and the article/method misses that completely).

What's up with that? Isn't "user observation" or "exploratory usability
testing" sexy enough? A good article, and a good method (I've used it),
but a misleading label, which is kinda ironic, considering our
profession.

Cheers,
PeterV
