I've always thought that the single most salient feature of blogs is their
'personal' nature/POV. So in that sense I have a bit of a problem with the
notion of a 'corporate blog'. Can one have a 'personal' POV in a corporate
setting? In fact, I've noticed a number of bloggers specifically separating
their 'personal' and 'professional' stuff, though all contained in a single
blog.

Well, you don't really have to use any blog-specific technology to publish a
'blog', of course. In deed, there's very little new technology in blogs,
and, FWIW, the calendar has to be the most ridiculous access UI around.
