Intranet blogs are of course fine. But the question I ask is, why do we need
(supposedly) personal blogs that comment on one's job/employer? I mean what
exactly do we need them for? What problem do they solve? As you say, they
create a lot of legal and moral problems, and for the life of me, I can't
see what problems they solve that cannot be solved more effectively through
more upfront and legitimate means.
