Matt Jones has done some fantastic visualisations of a digitally connected
future. I wouldn't say they're necessarily specific to the internet, but I
think that's the point. The internet will cease to be 'a place we go' and
become a ubiquitous resource that feeds information to devices which enrich
our lives either through convenience or (dare I say it given the last thread
on 99%bad personalisation?) personalisation.
