You might find Aspell useful. It's a command-line GNU tool. There is
a win32 port.

This won't do exactly what you want out of the box in a point and
click manner, but I *think* you can use it to write a script that
will do what you want.

You might find Ispell more to your liking. They're similar. Nice
thing about Ispell is that it's not english specific.

I haven't used any of these directly, but I think they're along the
lines of what you want.
