One thing to keep in mind here is that, this not being Europe, we don't have
a language academy/police and Merriam-Webster's exclusion won't preclude the
use of McAnything in the language. It would be interesting if, however, one
or the other side successfully sued the other and created a precedent which
would be legally enforceable.
