i was referring to people who were wealthy/high-net-worth people, and not
necessarily high on the corporate ladder.

we haven't received any feedback like this after providing final results of
a research study where some or all of the target audience falls in the 'high
net worth' wealthy-donor-for-nonprofit-org category.

everyone who got a report of the results of the studies they participated in
thanked us for providing it -- they liked to see how they contributed and
then how the web site changed based on the study.

i'm not sure the assumption that time being extremely precious applies to to
everyone with a strong interest in a nonprofit organization's web site.
several people we've recruited/interviewed who've been compensated with
feedback/reporting instead of cash/gifts have had really flexible time
schedules.
