[Sigia-l] RE: Test Subjects: Compensation for a non-profit site

Hard to make a concrete suggestion without knowing specifically what
users are able to do on the site, but I'd suggest taking a look at
recruits with a different lens that only net worth brackets. Here are
some questions that might help.

Can you add as a recruiting criterion whether candidate recruits have
donated time (not money) before?

What has this non-profit done in the past that has successfully engaged
donors to participate rather than contribute? Try some version of that.
If subjects are not currently donors to this non-profit, you may want to
take advantage of this opportunity to interact with them. You could, for
example, try compensating subjects with invitations to a function, which
may lead to a collateral benefit to your non-profit's cause of providing
subjects an opportunity to donate monetarily as well.
