What struck me was that within hours of receiving negative response
the initial rate ($30/hr) was doubled to reach a reasonable one. That
said a lot about how the initial rate was set and raised the fairness
issue. Some people believe that fairness is paying the market rate.
Others believe that fairness is paying as little as they can get away
with.
