[Sigia-l] Thesauri on the web

Hi,

I'm interested in examples of thesauri on the web that are integrated
into the search process. Eg, the user types a search and retrieves
thousands of hits, so a relevant portion of the thesaurus pops up and
they are asked if they would like to select a narrower term. Or, they
type a term and they are offered the list of synonyms to choose from.
Most sites with thesauri seem to keep them separate from the basic
search process - ie,they are treated as an advanced option that most
users are not expected to see.

I'd also like to identify any web-mounted thesauri created using
WebChoir or TermTree (I already have some that use MultiTES).

Thanks,

Glenda.
