the contextual help on this site generally annoys me because when i click 
on the 'help' link in the upper right corner i expect general help, not 
contextual help (you need to register and login to get pages with 
contextual help links) ... i expect contextual help links within content 
sections -- when a help link is in the main navigation i think it's for 
general help.

the contextual help link pops up a new small window (using javascript) and 
has a link in it to "browse topics" to get to general help
