Thanks, Anne. This might be better on target with what is happening. Looking
at the copy on the site, it is pretty text heavy, and I starting to
speculate that users are just clicking through pages because the copy to too
"difficult" to focus on. Click here, click there, then gone. I will see what
I can find out with testing.
