You used "i.e." to tell us that the term "IA methodology" meant "the
process you have to go through to obtain these contributions". 

By agreeing with what you quoted from Eric, aren't you conflicting
yourself?

That sounds very much like the "IA methodology" you had in mind when
you wrote:
