I would suggest the following:

Church Publications:
	- Online Versions
	- Printable Versions
	- Handheld Versions

The use of "Printable" is inline with the "printer-friendly" link that
one usually finds on an online article; however, "Printable Versions" in
this context, seems to tell the user "click this to go to the printable
versions of the church publications." This seems to meet your goal.
