No, but as I said, the prototype brings the politics around the
system/project out into the open, far sooner than charts, wireframes and the
like because everyone can see the impending 'finality' of it. Since these
political issues have to be ironed out anyway if the system/project is to
succeed, the sooner they are aired out, the better. So, in fact, the
prototype is as much a political tool as a technical/functional one.
