[Sigia-l] announcing the launch of the AIfIA Job Board

I'm not saying they shouldn't charge for -anything-. Just that more 
people would be likely to visit a free job board, and more job listings 
might be posted if there were a low or no cost. And that it would drive 
site usage, which, as a promotional tactic, might be a good thing.

To restate, I am not slamming the group. It's just that most job boards 
don't seem to charge people to look at listings. It struck me as an 
unusual "business model," if you want to call it that.
