I don't know what that means. This must be the 'prejudice week'. Are you
saying Peruvian doctors and/or healthsites are incapable of handling
English?

Incidentally (*), let's recall that traditional Peruvian medicine gave the
world quinine, which saved Europe from malaria. And even today, rain
forest's botanical remedies (such as cat's claw) are in widespread use in
English speaking countries.
