Just for historical correctness, Hawkins worked at Apple and the Palm came
after Newton. The notion of an OS without a 'file system', comprised of
'soups' should not have been new to him. Newton failed and the Palm
succeeded for reasons utterly unrelated to Newton OS' 'soup' notion, which,
BTW, the Palm does not fully exploit.
